The referenced costs are for a typical 2000 Sq. Ft. or less house in Northern California. Site access and other factors could increase cost substantially.

Always obtain three signed bids from a Contractor Licensed by The State of California.

Roof Repairs

The cost to install one square or 100 square feet (10 x 10) are as follows:

• For composition shingles $150 to $200
• For wood shingles $300 to $400
• For wood shakes $300 to $400
• For gravel surfaced built-up roofing $250 to $350
• For cap sheet built-up roofing $300 to $400
